Senior DevOps Engineer
You will excel if you have
- 5+ years with DevOps practices
- Experience with AWS Amazon
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform
- Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Experience with Helm and Helm chart customization
- Experience implementing GitOps tools like ArgoCD/FluxCD and a strong understanding of modern Git flow
- Good knowledge of logging systems (ELK, EFK, Loki/Promtail)
- Good knowledge of modern monitoring solutions (Prometheus)
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Bash/Python
- Excellent Linux\UNIX skills and experience with running high-available applications
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Senior Cloud Solution Architect
You will excel if you have
- 5+ years with DevOps practices
- Experience with AWS Amazon, GCP, and Azure
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform and Pulumi)
- Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker (EKS, GKE, kops, k3s)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis, etc…)
- Experience with Helm and Helm chart customization
- Experience implementing GitOps tools like ArgoCD/FluxCD and a strong understanding of modern Git flow
- Good knowledge of logging systems (ELK, EFK, Loki/Promtail)
- Good knowledge of modern monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Thanos)
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Bash/Python and Golang

Recruitment process
We are always looking for high-quality engineers to help us build next-generation solutions. Present in Israel and Georgia, our team creates best‑in‑class software solutions and provides industry‑recognized service for all kinds of companies and start‑ups in every sector.
STEP 1: Recruiter call
An initial conversation with one of our recruiters to understand your background, experience, and career goals. This is a non‑technical interview that also assesses communication skills and alignment with our company values. Typically takes 20–30 minutes.
STEP 2: First technical interview
A detailed discussion with a technical expert to evaluate your core technical skills and problem‑solving abilities. Expect to dive into real‑world scenarios, and test your design skills and architect approach. Duration: 60–90 minutes.
STEP 3: Second Technical Interview
A deeper technical assessment with more practical focus and problem‑solving. This interview includes a review of a code base with deep discussions about IaC, container images, CI/CD tools, and K8S. Duration: 60–90 minutes.
STEP 4: HR Closing Meeting
A final meeting with HR to review the process, discuss logistics, and address any remaining questions. This step ensures clarity on both sides before moving forward. Duration: 30 minutes.
STEP 5: Getting the offer
Congratulations! You passed all checks and we are welcoming you to our team. This is the most simple and boring step: we exchange some personal data, sign contracts, NDAs, etc. Also discuss the official start date and additional perks or requirements from either side.
